Payment for your Deep Heart Reading or Quick Insight must be received prior to the session. I will send you a link to pay, either by PayPal, or direct deposit (your choice) when your booking is confirmed.

On the rare occasion that you may find your Deep Heart Reading does not provide insights and answers that you find meaningful, I will refund your payment (minus any small fees taken by PayPal or the bank). You need to inform me no later than 24 hours after your session for this to apply.

Cancellations

Please honor my time and let me know 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your booking.  Cancellations made after that time may be subject to a cancellation fee, calculated on a sliding scale up to the full session fee according to the amount of notice given.
